Founded in 2025 by Metro South Medical Center and 44 individual founders, MSCI is the only nursing school in the south of Metro Manila built from the ground up around clinical practice.

Metro South Colleges Inc. was founded in 2025 by Metro South Medical Center together with 44 individual founders, in response to a single, persistent shortage: not enough Filipino nurses, especially in the south of Metro Manila and the CALABARZON region.
The laurel wreath in our crest represents those 44 founders. The stem-circle at its base represents the Medical Center itself. Forty-four plus one — the foundation we were built on.
