Shaping the Next Generation of Filipino Nurses.
A CHED-compliant Bachelor of Science in Nursing program in Bacoor, Cavite — grounded in clinical rigor, taught by faculty who have led wards, classrooms, and communities.
An institution built around the patient — and the student.
Founded in 2025 by Metro South Medical Center and 44 individual founders, MSCI is the only nursing school in the south of Metro Manila built from the ground up around clinical practice.
CHED-Compliant Curriculum
Every course, every unit aligned with CHED Memorandum Order No. 15, Series of 2017 and CMO No. 4, Series of 2018. The 217-unit program covers every requirement set by the Commission.
Faculty Who've Led the Floor
Three PhD holders. Former hospital head nurses, dean-level academics, and Board of Nursing reviewers. Faculty who've worked the ward bring that competence into your classroom.
Clinical Practice From Day One
Related Learning Experience (RLE) is embedded across all year levels, not bolted on at the end. You'll see patients, run scenarios, and rehearse cases from your first semester.
Four years. Four progressions. One profession.
From foundational sciences to intensive practicum, our four-year program builds competence in stages — each year closing the loop between theory, simulation, and the patient at the bedside.
Outcomes-based · Simulation-enhanced · Case-based instruction · Clinical scenario-driven training.
Educators who've practiced — then taught.

An institution rooted in a hospital — and a region.
Metro South Colleges Inc. was founded in 2025 by Metro South Medical Center together with 44 individual founders, in response to a single, persistent shortage: not enough Filipino nurses, especially in the south of Metro Manila and the CALABARZON region.
The laurel wreath in our crest represents those 44 founders. The stem-circle at its base represents the Medical Center itself. Forty-four plus one — the foundation we were built on.
