Government and institutional aid programs available to qualified MSCI applicants. Nobody is turned away from a nursing career for lack of information about available aid.
UniFAST — Free Higher Education (RA 10931)
The Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act guarantees free tuition and miscellaneous fees in CHED-recognized higher education institutions. MSCI's UniFAST eligibility status will be confirmed by the Commission upon completion of our Government Recognition issuance.

Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES)
Need-based subsidy administered by CHED for books, supplies, transportation, and miscellaneous personal expenses. Available to qualifying students at recognized HEIs. MSCI students will be eligible once Government Recognition is issued.
Institutional Scholarships
MSCI offers tuition discount programs to qualified students, separate from government aid. Final criteria are confirmed by the Board of Trustees and published before each enrollment cycle.
Academic Honor Scholarship
Up to 50%For incoming freshmen with general weighted average of 90 and above in Grade 12, with no failing grades. Renewed each semester upon maintenance of GWA of 85+.
Founder's Grant
Up to 100%Limited slots for academically qualified students from financially disadvantaged backgrounds. Reviewed by the Scholarship Committee.
Sibling Discount
10–15%Applied to tuition for each enrolled sibling beyond the first, while both/all are simultaneously enrolled at MSCI.
Healthcare Worker Dependent
15%For children of Metro South Medical Center staff and dependents of nurses or healthcare workers, on submission of employment proof.
How to apply for financial aid
- Submit your inquiry form, noting your interest in financial aid in the Question or Concern field.
- The Admissions Officer endorses your inquiry to the Scholarship Committee.
- Submit supporting documents (proof of income, academic records, recommendations).
- Decision within 7 business days of complete document submission.
